My deep love for ice cream calls for this beautiful recipe that will steal your heart too. When the cheese cake is whipped deliberately, it’s aerated and develops a light airy texture. This offers the delicacy a rich velvety texture and when fresh fruits or chocolate’s added – yummy…I’d never miss it for the world.

- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1 cup cheese cream
- ½ cup milk mate
- 300 gms cooking chocolate
- 1 cup fresh cream
- ½ cup milk (optional)

- Mix cheese cream and milk mate with milk
- Slowly add in all the whipped cream
- Melt the chocolate and mix it with the fresh cream
- Combine all the ingredients well.
- Freeze it in an ice cream box. Serve it chilled with dripping chocolate sauce!
