Cheese Cake Chocolate Ice Cream

There are but a few gluttonous indulgences than a creamy delicious cheese cake! OH MY LORD…. The creamy texture that offers a paradise of mouth-melting deliciousness and the crumbly texture of the short crust pastry just make the experience heavenly! The best part is that cheese cakes blend really well with other cakes, pastry and even ice creams. I just love its versatility and how it elevates the taste of any sweet treat into a decadent missile. Don’t you agree?  So, here’s an easy to make and NEVER-TO-FAIL ice cream recipe!

Seeing as my Greek Yogurt Sitafal Ice-cream was a hit, I felt the need to try gorgeous chocolate cheese cake ice cream to exist for real! My deep love for ice cream calls for this beautiful recipe that will steal your heart too. When the cheese cake is whipped deliberately, it’s aerated and develops a light airy texture. This offers the delicacy a rich velvety texture and when fresh fruits or chocolate’s added – yummy…I’d never miss it for the world.

Soon winter will be setting in and the urge to dive in hot or cold food items will develop. Spoil yourself and indulge in this gooey chocolate cheese cake ice cream. I have many more desserts that’ll melt your heart…so try this dessert and escape in the blissful flavour of home-made ice cream. It goes well even with a no-bake cheese cake. Just add a graham cracker crust on the bottom and freeze it for 4 hours. Without further ado…

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 cup cheese cream
  • ½ cup milk mate
  • 300 gms cooking chocolate
  • 1 cup fresh cream
  • ½ cup milk (optional)

  1. Mix cheese cream and milk mate with milk
  2. Slowly add in all the whipped cream
  3. Melt the chocolate and mix it with the fresh cream
  4. Combine all the ingredients well.
  5. Freeze it in an ice cream box. Serve it chilled with dripping chocolate sauce!
