Baby corn-Cheese Starters

Starters are common in India, if you go to any party in India, I feel.  Those same old classic samosas and few other fried fritters. Lets do something more innovative and delicious. What say? So the first thing that hits my list is cheese! I think anything that is hot and if has cheesy it is going to be bang on! I love cheessseee.

Baby corn fritter are now in fashion, So I’ve found a brilliant idea to indulge in some hot-hot fritters. How about babycorn rolled with spinach and cheese?? I bet you won’t stop at one! The melting cheese with the crunch of baby corn and spinach just enhance the flavour making just tempting. I am choosy when it comes to food and taste, I highly recommend these starters for parties or evening snacks. As there is no cooking needed, just roll the cheese-spinach-baby corn in a bread slice and Fry! It’s simple and very quick to make. You need only 5 ingredients to make this delicious treats!

  • 4 Cheese slice
  • 4 Bread slice
  • 8 Spinach
  • Oil to fry
  • 8 Baby corn
  • ½ cup White four
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • Salt


  • Cut the edges of the bread
  • Roll the bread and top it with spinach followed by cheese and baby corn
  • Roll the bread and dip in it the white flour batter
  • Roll it between your hands to stick all the corners
  • Roll it bread crumbs
  • Make a batch of four and fry in hot oil
  • Serve hot!
